After spending 5 years practicing litigation in the Washington DC area, she was subsequently hired as Manager of Business and Legal Affairs for a company engaged in a variety of business and strategic consulting services to a select portfolio of high net-worth clients, comprised of professional athletes and individuals in media and entertainment. She is seasoned at protecting existing assets, succession planning, and facilitating growth strategies for small to medium-sized businesses as well as working with high profile, branded individuals.
Licensed as a real estate agent in the province of Ontario, Jackie has channeled her background in law and private wealth management to develop strategies for transition planning, exit, retirement and the sale of professional practices belonging to solo practitioners and small boutique professional service firms.
